Your business information

To get started, use a Google or Word document to compile the following information about your Business to be used throughout your website:

What you'll need to write down:

• Business Name
• Business Type (Google Business Category)
• Phone number
• Email Address
• Social Media Accounts & Links
• Business Hours

What you'll need to write a descriptions for:

• Business Description: This information is important because it will be used to create the content you'll need throughout your website including on your homepage and other website pages such as services.  This content should be descriptive and compelling because it will be what you use to tell your customers the story of your business, about what you do and why they should make a purchase with you.
• List Business Services  & Products:  List your services and write a couple of paragraphs for each service or product you offer.
• About Us: Write a couple paragraphs to include your mission, your story and background.
• Customer Testimonials:  Prepare three or more customer testimonials. Make sure you edit for any spelling or grammar as well as  format testimonials to be a similar length if possible!
  *Note: If you don't have any testimonials, ask some of your clients to write some.
  

Add important keywords about your business in this content -learn more about keywords here.  You'll also use this information to input on the backend of your website in the content folder under 'Business Info' for search engines to crawl.
